Returns & Exchanges
At Kaleo Designs, we take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return and exchange process to ensure your experience with us is seamless.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items for any reason — whether it’s a matter of size, colour, or a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
- We are unable to accept returns on sale items.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exhanges
Exchanges are processed based on availability once your return has been received and approved by our team.
If the item requested is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the returned item.
Please note:
- One exchange per order is permitted.
- After an initial exchange, further exchange requests for the same order cannot be accommodated.
If Your Exchange Doesn’t Work Out
Should the exchanged item still not meet your needs, you may choose one of the following:
- Store Credit – credited to your account for use at any time.
- Refund – returned to your original payment method.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned directly to the store of purchase. If you're unable to return in person, please contact our team at info@kaleo.co.nz and we’ll be glad to assist.
