Returns and exchanges

Kaleo is committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase and Kaleo will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

In the case of an exchange.( excluding international shipments) no additional shipping costs will apply for re-sending any exchanged product. For any refund, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any original shipping paid by us from the amount refunded.

For your convenience, you can re-use the original packaging that your order arrived in.

No returns after 30 Days.

Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned.

Return and Exchange New Items Only:
Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.   

NOTE: Please remember to leave the tags on if you wish to return or exchange the item. If the original hang tags are not on, or the product has been used or damaged in anyway since purchase, the return or exchange cannot be processed.
