Shipping & Returns

All parcels are sent with tracking, and these details are provided in an email upon dispatch.Please enter your address carefully; if no one is home the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place at their discretion. Returns: If you are not completely happy, you can return items in new, unworn condition with original tags within 30 days for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges within NZ are re-sent at no extra shipping cost. Original shipping is not refundable and, for refunds, any shipping paid by us may be deducted.
